Mr. Allan Lau (Che Bong), born in Hong Kong, immigrated to the United States over 30 years ago to give his children a brighter future. He was the oldest of eight children. He lost his mother at the age of seven and had to learn early on to take care of himself and his brothers and sisters. The family was dearest to his heart. He was always extremely generous with his love and kindness and wanted his family and friends to have a wonderful time no matter the costs at the dinner table. He was a gourmet foodie, loved his Japanese sashimi, prime ribs, and Chinese pork belly with preserved vegetables. He also enjoyed his Scotches and the latest, 1942 Don Julio Anejo Tequila.
